Purchase Privacy

Customer purchase information is private. Contributors can see that their image was sold and the sale amount, but customer details are anonymized.

We may disclose your information if required by law or in good faith to comply with legal obligations, protect our rights or safety, protect the rights or safety of users or the public, or investigate and prevent fraud or security issues.

If Atlantiq Stock is involved in a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email and/or Platform notice before your information is transferred.

We may share your information for other purposes with your explicit consent.

Currently, we do not respond to "Do Not Track" signals from browsers.

Our service providers store data in various locations, including:

• United States (Supabase, Cloudinary, Vercel)
• Other regions as needed for Platform operation

• Material changes will be notified via email and/or Platform notice
• The "Last Updated" date at the top will be revised
• Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance
